Description
Small Brewery, Big Beer. Small rural brewery situated in the San Luis Valley utilizing our regional malt house Colorado Malting Company and locally sourced ingredients. 5 consistent core beers with 7 seasonal beers on tap at all times. Additionally we bring our house sour ales to light, packaged in 375ml bottles. Cheers!
Woodfired pizza, strombolis and calzones. Salads, soups, panini sandwiches, deserts and house made root beer and cream soda.
Kegs are still filled and conditioned one keg at a time. Family owned and operated, A truly Colorado company.
