Sunroom Brewing is a family owned brewery in Englewood Colorado, located behind the Gothic Theater on South Broadway. The owners are Matthew and Melanie Miller. We have humble but proud roots starting in the Sunroom of our old house. After many years of dreaming of our own taproom the opportunity presented itself to take over the former Filling Station in Englewood Colorado. We are excited and proud to be joining the Craft Capital of the United States. We didn’t have the budget for a contractor, or a brew house planner. We did everything from the paper work to the build out with our own hands and with help of incredible friends. We put an incredible amount of work to bring it together and make an experience that we are sure you will enjoy.

​Sunroom Brewing is family and community friendly taproom and 7bbl brew house. We currently have 5 7bbl Unitank Fermentors, and 1 7bbl Brite Tank. We offer a large patio and a wide variety of indoor seating including comfy couches. We will have weekly events for the community including live music, stand up comedy, trivia nights, and as always fresh beer on concert nights at the Gothic Theater. Beer takes time to make, so on opening day we will have a limited selection of beer but please rest assure that we will be ramping up our production to bring a vast array of recipes and styles to our taps.

Beer has always been shared and enjoyed over good stories and by nature comes with a vast history. Through our many chapters and iterations to get here we honor those stories, history, and traditions in each of our beers, their names, the way they are crafted, all the way to your glass.

We are excited to be in the Englewood community and surrounding neighborhoods, and proud to take over.
