Local brewery started by a US Army Veteran, who has sampled beers from all over world, who loves brewing (and drinking) beer.
Located 8 miles north of Fort Collins, Colorado, Sparge Brewing is just off highway 87 in Wellington. As one of the fastest growing towns in the state, Wellington was the perfect location for Sparge Brewing.
