Tucked into an antique cash-register store just three blocks south of Old South Pearl Street’s restaurant row district, Platt Park Brewing is a welcome addition to the Platt Park neighborhood, says Colby Rankin, a Denver native who started the brewery with his father, Randy. The 4,500-square-foot space includes a ten-barrel brewing system, and a taproom with ten beers available.
