Originally the site of the Steamboat Brewery and Tavern, Mahogany Ridge opened its doors March, 2003. Charlie Noble was the former Brewmaster at Steamboat Brewery before becoming owner of Mahogany. His love of handcrafted brewing keeps him actively creating new brews all the time.
Mahogany Ridge Brewery offers eclectic dining from world-inspired appetizers including spicy tuna ceviche to fresh salads and distinctive dipping entrees with dozens of homemade sauces to choose from.
