Description
Apples are a big part of the history of Penrose Colorado. The first orchards were planted here during the Civil War, and for generations, Penrose apples were shipped by train to the Midwest and beyond. The area became known as Apple Valley and Apple Valley Cider Company wants to keep that history alive.
We are open to the public every Sunday from 12-6, but if you’re in Penrose and I’m in the cidery you’re welcome to stop in and say hello. If you would like to stop by and don’t live near us please call ahead and we’ll try to accommodate you.
