Angry James likes to think of the word ‘Angry’ as meaning ‘passionate’ or ‘alive’. Our beers are just that. The heart of our brand is inspired by the mustache that stretches across our bottle. It imparts seriousness yet light-heartedness; it reminds you of something old and at the same time something new. Like our brewery, a good mustache is a lot of work to maintain but well worth the effort.
As Coloradans we are very proud of our mountains, our beer culture, and all the hard work that it took to build our mountain towns. Our name and logo express the grittiness of the people that came before us and the people that make Colorado what it is today. Our beer reflects this by combining great styles & old-world traditions with our own new ideas.
We are looking forward to sharing our love for beer with all of you beer lovers. Come taste our own Colorado spin on our wide selection of handcrafted ales and lagers.
