Bringing Central Texas BBQ to Colorado! We also love to brew at our Brew and BBQ joint.
On to the meats! We focus on the Big 3: Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Ribs! Charcoal and oak wood. None of this pellet nonsense. We make our own rubs and sauce and get our oak from the hills and mountains in Westin, Colorado.
