Envy Brewing

The concept of the Envy Brewing is to be an almost co-operative of brewers. From award winning brewers to home brewing beginners, we aim to bring those professionals and hobbyists into the brewery to collaborate with our brewers and create unique recipes and share them with the community. The professionals will gain an avenue that allows them to experiment in a vein that is unlike the direction of the brewery they work, whilst the home brewers will gain experience from watching, working with, and helping adapt their home brews from small 5 gallon to 7 barrel scales. All this while gaining recognition through brewing in a commercial brewery and having their beer on tap so their friends, and the rest of Fort Collins, can taste what they’ve made.

We will change the microbrewing world by involving the community, changing standards and creating a company and product of envy… but don’t envy us, become involved!
